Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of articles 6; 8 paragraphs 2 and 3; 11; and 12 paragraph 2 which will enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) (on the territory of the Croatian Republic), the requirements that must be met at the introduction and movement of certain plants, and manner for conducting all special monitoring and reporting activities and duties related to the harmful organisms defined by this Regulation.
