This Regulation entered into force on 1 May 2004.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down protective measures against the introduction and spread of pests of plants, plant products and other objects in the Republic of Slovenia. The Regulation establishes also the procedure of import, export and transit, conditions for issuing phytosanitary certificates and measures in case of non-phytosanitary requirements. This Regulation is composed of 34 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Import (Sec. 2); Export (Sec. 3); Transits (Sec. 4); Measures and requirements (Sec. 5); Information (Sec. 6); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6). Annex 1 and Annex 2 specify the forms of phytosanitary certificates.
