This Regulation entered into force on 23 October 2009.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of eight paragraphs, establishes: (1) species of predators, which may be caught in live traps; (2) conditions, seasons and places of catching; (3) types of live traps and conditions to be met to ensure selective catching of predators. The following predators can be caught in live traps: fox, raccoon dog, American mink and raccoon. Catching can be done only in hunting seasons for individual species and only in hunting areas. Par. 7 species conditions to be met by the traps to ensure welfare of animals.
