The Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2002.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of six Paragraphs and two Annexes. The collected information is required to establish the central database concerning waste production and management. The information is collected by using provincial reports. Central and provincial databases are computerized databases. Annex 1 contains specification of the central database. Annex 2 contains specification of the provincial databases. Equivalent fields of central and provincial databases have the same names, formats and types of values. The part of the database is the list of wastes owners.
