Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of nine paragraphs. It is obligatory to collect and process, in the central and provincial databases concerning waste generation and management, the following information: (1) on quantities and types of generated wastes; (2) on quantities and types of received municipal wastes from owners of properties; (3) on quantities and types of collected wastes; (4) ways of management of individual waste types, including methods of recycling and neutralization; (5) management of sewage wastes, including composition and properties of these wastes and place of their storage; (6) register of issued decisions concerning waste generation and management; (7) regional and provincial plans of waste management; (8) installations used for recycling or neutralization of wastes; (9) management of used vehicles; (10) obtained material factions from used vehicles; (11) amount of packaging and products placed on the national market; (12) other, defined by separate provisions.
