Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six paragraphs, establishes the way of establishing and placing identification number of: (1) wine meeting requirements specified in art. 61 of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 607/2009 laying down certain detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 as regards protected designations of origin and geographical indications, traditional terms, labelling and presentation of certain wine sector products; (2) wine meeting requirements specified in art. 62 of the Regulation No. 607/2009; (3) wine from a certain year or wine from a certain grape variety.
