Abstract This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the sampling request form for the purpose of obtaining a decision to put the wine on the market. The request for taking samples for the purpose of obtaining a decision to put the wine on the market is submitted on the form given in the Annex of this text. This form shall contain specific data such as: - Name of the applicant for the Decision to put the wine on the market; - Unique tax number of the applicant; - Tariff mark and description of the product; - Trade name for placing the wine on the market; - Marking of the vessel/vessels from which the sample was taken; - Varieties/varieties of wine grapes from which the wine for which a decision is requested to be placed on the market was obtained; - True alcoholic strength in % vol.; - Series of production (lot); - Color of the product; - Harvest year; - Type and size of the packaging of the wine for which a decision to put it on the market is requested; - Wine storage warehouse and its address; - Total quantity of the wine for which a Decision to put it on the market is requested; - Country of origin, i.e. country of destination.
