The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 14 paragraphs and two Annexes, aims at fire prevention, which depends on forest fire risk categories and levels (high, medium and low risk). Annex 1 concerns the classification of forests according to the categories of forest fire risk. Annex 2 specifies the methods for establishing forest fore risks.
