This Regulation entered into force on 13 August 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment establishes the way of classifying forests according to the categories of forest fire risk. The category of forest fire risk includes forests with similar level of susceptibility to fire, based on incidence of fires, stand and climatic conditions and anthropogenic factors.
