This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the methods and procedures for the monitoring of food to determine the level of nutrients, contaminants, additives and other ingredients, which aims to determine the intake of certain ingredients or substances in the body and the risk assessment of population health.
