Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down provisions governing fishing: general conditions of fishing, types, duration and form of fishing licenses, records of fishing permits, seasons and methods of fishing, permitted and prohibited additional accessories, management of caught fish, and allowable catch. Fish may be caught in accordance with regulations governing freshwater fisheries and nature conservation, and in accordance with the approved annual program of fisheries management. Fish may be caught only with current fishing permit. Allowed catch of the day or night fishing with the valid fishing license is up to 5 kg of fish. However, it is allowed to catch one fish weighing more than 5 kg or two fish with a total mass exceeding 5 kg. When the allowable catch is reached, the fishery must be finished.
