Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down some amendments to the Regulation on fishing regime. In particular, the present Regulation amends requirements for night fishing (originally specified in art. 9 of the amended Regulation), requirements for fishing in running waters (art. 12), requirements for baits (art. 13). It is prohibited to use baits as: (1) live animals other than earthworms and bone worms; (2) animal or raw materials from animals that are endangered and protected in accordance with regulations governing the conservation of nature; (3) substances containing toxic or intoxicating ingredients. The total amount of bait to attract fish must not exceed 5 kg per fishing day or night.
