This Regulation enters into force 180 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation defines the fees to be paid for phytosanitary inspection of plants, plant products and regulated articles, upon their introduction, export, re-export, transit and transfer from or on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
