Abstract This Regulation sets forth the principles of establishment and functioning of semen ova and embryo production centres and control and inspection of these centres. The Regulation also determines technical, sanitary and hygiene rules of the centres as well as principles and procedures on production, storage and transport of semen, ova and embryos. The Regulation further covers provisions on import of animals for breeding, sanitary requirements of these animals and on procedures of sex determination.
