Abstract This Notification aims to regulate pure-bred sheep and goat breeding, sheep and goat semen, ova and embryo production and their trade. The Notification further sets forth the principles and procedures of geneogram registration, methods of monitoring performance of breeding sheep and goats and lays down the principles of certification and registration of semen, ova and embryo at each step of their production.
