This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes quality requirements within production and placing on the market must comply in edible caseins and caseinates group of products, and mixtures thereof, relating to: a) terms, definitions and general requirements that must be met; b) composition and sensory properties; c) type and quantity of raw materials and other substances used in production and processing; d) additional or specific labeling requirements; e) technological processes that can be used in production.
