Abstract This Regulation prescribes quality requirements within production and placing on the market must comply in edible caseins and caseinates group of products, and mixtures thereof, relating to: a) terms, definitions and general requirements that must be met; b) composition and sensory properties; c) type and quantity of raw materials and other substances used in production and processing; d) additional or specific labeling requirements; e) technological processes that can be used in production.
