Abstract This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of 22 articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, agri-environmental measures. Art. 3 describes the procedure of applying for subsidies within the agri-environmental measures. Art. 7 establishes the procedure of applying for the title of organic farming, art. 8 ¾ for the title of integrated production, art. 10 ¾ for the title of grassing of arable land, and art. 11 ¾ for the title of growing crops.
