This Regulation enters into force on 15 February 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Government amends 18 points of the Regulation on conditions of agri-environmental measures. In particular, the Regulation establishes requirements for the conversion of the classification of activities from integrated production to ecological agriculture (art. 3a) and conditions of minimum requirements for the use of fertilizers and plant protection products (Annex 3).
