This Regulation will be published in the Official Gazette, but it will fully enter into force after the Montenegrin accession into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the detailed/complete conditions for the systematic investigation over the effective presence of harmful organisms in herbs/plants for the purpose of the consequential zoning/designation of controlled/protected areas (plotting land parcels/mapping as regards the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).
