Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette and it will be fully applied on 1 January 2005.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and general requirements for the quality of coffee, coffee substitutes and products of/or containing coffee and coffee substitutes that are placed on the market of the Croatian Republic, and also related to the : classification and nomenclature; sensory properties and composition; type and quantity of raw materials and other materials used in production and processing; technological processes used in the production and processing; additional requirements for specific labelling or marking.
