Abstract This Regulation prescribes quality requirements that the production and placing on the market must comply with when treating cheeses and cheese products, which are related to: a) terms, definitions and general requirements that must be met; b) composition of added ingredients and other substances used in production and processing; c) additional labelling requirements.
