Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 12 paragraphs, establishes: detailed way of preparing annual hunting plans; way of approving annual hunting plans; detailed way of preparing long-term hunting farm plans. The annual hunting plan is prepared for a period starting from 1 April until 31 March of the following year. The information to be contained in the annual plan shall be divided into: general data; data concerning hunting area development and hunting farms; information on income from animal carcass sale in the given hunting area; data concerning animals hunted in the given area, specified separately for individual species of animals.
