Abstract

This Regulation, implementing provisions of article 3.4 (1) (b) and article 4.1 of the Decree no. BWBR0035091 containing rules concerning veterinarians, provides for: training requirements for animal physiotherapist and veterinary surgeons; composition of examination committee; internship and qualification; admission, registration and services for veterinarians, requested documents and applications; admission, registration and services for veterinarians; use and administration of veterinary medicines and of substances referred to in Annex II of the Directive 96/22/EC; use of medicines in cattle and rabbit intended for breeding or meat production; prescription for the supply of antimicrobial veterinary medicinal products in chickens or turkeys, calves, pigs, rabbits, goats; requirements for health companies producing medicines, including respect of hygiene and sanitary procedures.
