Abstract Purpose of this Regulation is to establish rules for the calculation of compensation of climate-related damages in plant and honey production and the application of these rates. Application deadlines for these provisions are: 31 October for compensation for crop and honey production damages (1); 15 July for grants for repairing winter damages to grassland and compensation for loss of beehive production (2). Among agriculture commodities, the Regulation includes forage, grains/oilseeds, fruit, berries, potatoes and vegetables. The documents includes a table of Standardized rates and norms (Chapter 6).
