Abstract

This Regulation's purpose is to promote value and fair distribution of benefits by using common areas in the Norwegian coastal communities, and through the distribution and appraisal of the production capacity of fish permits for salmon, trout and rainbow trout. It is prohibited to control 15% or more of the total production capacity in Norway without permit.
