Abstract This Regulation prescribes the phytosanitary control and safety measures against the introduction and spread of what is called as quarantine pests, hosted and transmitted on plants and plant products in the case of: importation and transit of plants, plant products and other objects; export and re-export of plants, plant products and other objects; production, processing, cultivation and movement of plants and plant products.
