Abstract

The present Regulation lays down rules concerning the placing on the market of casein and caseinate products. The products covered include acid casein, curdle casein and caseinate. It contains rules on the labelling and packaging of the covered products, as well as minimum standards that must be complied with to place them on the Norwegian market.
