Abstract

The present Regulation lays down rules on the production, quality and labelling of fruit juices and similar products specified in Annex I of the Regulation. The Regulation contains 9 sections followed by the following annexes: I. Product designations, production standards and defining characteristics; II. Definition of raw ingredients; III. Special provisions for fruit nectars; IV. Minimum Brix values ​​for fruit juice from concentrate and fruit puree from concentrate.
