Abstract

The Regulation, established on the basis of paragraph 79 (3) of the Water Act, sets limit values ​​for the quality of dangerous substances in groundwater for the purpose of detecting groundwater contamination, assessing its extent and proposing measures to improve groundwater status. The threshold value indicates the concentration of a dangerous substance in groundwater equal to or less than good groundwater quality in the area.
