Abstract

The present Regulation lays down rules concerning the obligation of tourist/recreational fishing enterprises to report catches from their activities. All enterprises that are registered with the Directorate of Fisheries must report to catches of the following species: 1. Cod; 2. Halibut; 3. Saithe; 4. Redfish; and 5. Catfish. Starting from 1 January 2022, reporting shall be done using the Directorate of Fisheries's digital solutions.
