Abstract

The present Regulation lays down rules concerning tourist or recreational fishing enterprises, wich are those listed in Article 1 that have income based on tourist fishing in marine waters. The rules are concerned with registrion requirements, reporting obligations, control and supervision, etc. The Directorate of Fisheries shall supervice the compliance with the provisions of this regulation.
