Abstract

The purpose of the Regulation is to ban the importation, stocking, sales and maintenance of pondweed and slender pondweed to prevent their spreading in aquariums and garden ponds of Norwegian waters. The Regulation does not apply to Svalbard nor Jan Mayen.
