Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of paragraph 160 (4) of the Water Act, provides for the bases for determining the slope of the ground within the agricultural land and exceptions for fertilization of the sloping area. It consists of four: Determination of ground slope (1); Determination of ground slope by on-site surveying (2); Conditions for application of fertilizer on inclined agricultural land (3); and Entry into force of regulation (4).
