Abstract

The present Regulation, adopted by the Ministry of Climate and Environment, lays down rules on the calculation of administrative fines pursuant to section 48a of the Salmon and Inland Fisheries Act. Article 2 specifies the administrative fines for infringement of the provisions of the Salmon and Inland Fisheries Act listed in the same article. Article 3 specifies administrative fees limits for the infringement of other provisions.
