Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the list of wastes which can be passed to physical persons or to organizational units (not to enterprises), and allowed recycling methods. The list of wastes and recycling methods is specified in the Annex.
