This Regulation entered into force on 24 January 2016.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: the list of waste types that natural persons or organizational units that are not entrepreneurs may recycle for their own needs, and acceptable methods of their recycling; (2) conditions for storing waste intended for own use and acceptable quantities that these entities can accept and store during a year, as well as the manner of determining these quantities. The list of these types of waste and recycling methods are specified in the Annex.
