The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.

Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of ten paragraphs and three Annexes. Annex 1 specifies the list of animal infectious diseases being subject to notification in the European Union. Annexes 2, 3 and 4 lay down forms of documents used in different phases of suspicion or appearance of animal infectious diseases being subject to notification in the European Union.
