The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.

Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of two paragraphs and four Annexes. Annex 1 specifies the new list of animal infectious diseases being subject to notification in the European Union. Annexes 2, 3 and 4 lay down new forms of documents used in different phases of suspicion or appearance of animal infectious diseases being subject to notification in the European Union.
