The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 19 paragraphs and four Annexes, establishes: qualifications of persons entitled to professional slaughter; conditions of transportation and keeping of animals for slaughter; conditions and methods for animal slaughtering, as per different species.
