This Regulation enters into force on 6 June 1998.
Abstract

This Regulation concerns the authorization, licencing, placing on the market, use and control of plant protection products. It also prescribes methods for chemical, physical and biological analysis of plant protection products, contents of the licence for their placing on the market, conditions to be fulfilled for the importation from third countries, etc. (29 articles and one annex).
