The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven Paragraphs, establishes with details the scope, methods and form of drawing up of provincial and local plans of waste management. In particular, provincial plans of waste management shall specify: current state of waste management; forecast of changes concerning waste management, e.g. demographic and economic changes; designed system of waste management; estimated investment and exploitation expenditures of the proposed system and estimated expenditures concerning implementation of individual activities; monitoring and evaluation system of execution of individual aims.
