Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs, regard communal plans of waste management, which cover all types of municipal wastes, including municipal wastes being biodegraded, packaging wastes and hazardous wastes contained in municipal wastes. The plan shall specify: current state of waste management; foreseen changes concerning wastes management, also resulting from demographic and economic changes; aims concerning wastes management and related deadlines; activities to improve waste management; type and schedule of execution of undertakings and institutions responsible for the execution; financing;monitoring and evaluation of execution of the aims.
