This Regulation enters into force on 4 March 1995.
Abstract

This Regulation lie down provisions regarding the sanitary control of plant and plant protection products in trade (export, import, transport), quarantine conditions for the imported plants, prohibition of trade for certain plants, contents of plant phytocertificate, disinfection requirements etc. The text consists of 55 articles divided into 7 Parts and VIII Annexes containing facsimiles of phytocertificate.
