The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight paragraphs, establishes that records on preserved fishing products shall be kept as follows: data has to be protected from the loss, damage or modification by the third party; monthly and annual reports on preserved fishing products should be available. Paragraph 2 contains detailed specification of information which is obligatory in the record. The record should be kept in the paper form (book) and in the electronic form. All records should be entered chronologically.
