Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight paragraphs, establishes that records on preserved fishing products shall be kept as follows: data has to be protected from the loss, damage or modification by the third party; monthly and annual reports on preserved fishing products should be available. Paragraph 2 contains detailed specification of information which is obligatory in the record. The record should be kept in the paper form (book) and in the electronic form.
