Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments and addenda to Regulation establishing veterinary requirements for the production of meat intended for the personal use. In particular the present Regulation defines requirements for slaughter, for the production of meat, pigs kept on a farm being the subject to restrictions, injunctions or prohibitions related to the occurrence of African swine fever on Polish territory or a territory of another European Union Member State or third country bordering with the territory of the Polish Republic (supplemented art. 2a).
