Abstract

These Regulations concern the examination of potential agricultural chemists and the registration of approved agricultural chemists as defined by the Registration of Agricultural Chemists Ordinance, which is repealed by the Agricultural Chemists Act. For purposes of the Ordinance there shall be a Board of Examiners and a Committee. The Regulations also provide for the registration of approved laboratories, i.e. laboratories that have the necessary facilities for the analysis of agricultural products and substances used in agriculture or the industry dealing with agricultural products.
