Abstract

This Regional Regulation provides for the management, protection and conservation of ungulates in Emilia-Romagna, within the framework set forth in Regional Act No. 9 of 15 February 1994. The re-introduction and repopulation of ungulates shall take place in compliance with the projects and plans to be approved by the Provinces, as referred to in article 1, paragraph 2.
