The re-introduction and repopulation of ungulates shall take place in compliance with the projects and plans to be approved by the Provinces, as referred to in article 1, paragraph 2. The regional territory shall be divided into management districts as per article 3. Particular provisions regulate ungulates management at the territorial hunting areas (ATC) and hunting and wildlife enterprises (art. 3 and 4 respectively). Ungulates may be hunted only upon the special permit referred to in article 6. Article 8 specifies the hunting gear and methods which are allowed. Particular provisions are devoted to wild boar hunting (art. 11 and 12). In case of violation of the provisions hereby established, the penalties laid down in article 15 shall be applied.
