Abstract

This Regulation lays down provisions in matter of wild boar hunting. The Provinces, in association with the Management Committees of the Territorial Hunting Areas, shall assess annually the consistency and distribution of wild boars. Hunting may be practised individually (art. 10) or collectively (art. 6). The territory devoted to wild boar hunting shall be determined by the Plan referred to in article 4. Such Plan aims at the maintenance of the wild boar population throughout the regional territory, in accordance with the safeguarding of cultivations and the environmental protection. Article 11 specifies the gear which is allowed.
