For the purpose of hunting management, the Territorial Hunting Areas (ATC) referred to in articles 3 and 10 of Regional Act No. 14 of 17 May 1994 shall be established. Each ATC shall be composed of a President and a Management Committee. The latter shall be constituted by non-profit private associations, to be created as per article 4. With a view to guaranteeing the ecological balance, article 9 fixes the relationship between authorized hunters and the agricultural and sylvo-pastoral surface. Article 13 regulates the registration of hunters in ATCs.
