This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 44 states that in the process of geological study, exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons, and also during processing (manufacturing), transportation, storage and trade thereof, there must be envisaged arrangements for prevention and liquidation of petroleum products spills and other negative environmental impact. Article 63 shall be amended to add the following wording: “When a legal entity or individual entrepreneur carries out economic and (or) other activities with the use of facilities that have a negative impact on the environment, at least one of which is subject to federal state ecological supervision, with regard to all such facilities and such a legal entity or individual entrepreneur only the federal state ecological supervision shall be applicable”.
